RUSH: They really believed the world hated this country because of George W. Bush. They really did. They thought that the world and terrorists, our enemies, really hated us because of Iraq and because of Afghanistan -- and a certain number of them actually thought that the terrorists on 9/11 were justified because of our policies, that we do provoke these people. They also believed that, when Obama became president, all that hate would vanish and it would turn to love and respect once again for the United States.
RUSH: Ladies and gentlemen, I'm here to tell you that nowhere in the Democrat Party is there any thought of throwing Hillary Clinton under the bus. Nowhere in the Democrat Party is anybody tired of pulling her bacon out of the fire. The Democrats do not throw their own people overboard. Democrats who fail end up with more stature than they had during whatever success they might have enjoyed.
RUSH: Isn't it somewhat obvious that most of these immigrants who would then find themselves on this pathway to citizenship, amnesty, whatever, wouldn't they end up among the 47% who aren't paying any income tax? Isn't it a matter of mathematics?
RUSH: The current inflow of uneducated poor people -- with no upward mobility -- is nirvana for the Democrats.

RUSH: Do you realize how shaken the left must be in America today?
RUSH: It has to be a little insulting to whatever viewers this show has left that Bob Schieffer is trying to treat this as breaking news that the administration and Susan Rice lied to Bob Schieffer's and everybody else's faces.
RUSH: I checked the e-mail during the top-of-the-hour break and a bunch of leftists are trying to convince me to let this Benghazi thing go. "It's old news. It's not gonna change anything now. We gotta move on!" It isn't old news...
RUSH: No matter what you think of these people, nobody is going to convince me that they wanted people to die. I'm telling you, there were just things more important to them at the time. They didn't want to admit that Obama hadn't won the War on Terror. They didn't want to have to admit that Al-Qaeda was still alive and kicking.
RUSH: It's a great piece, and it is logically written to explain the real division in America. "The centralized power and wealth in our nation's capital are becoming so disconnected from the rest of this country that it is palpable to everyone except those who live in Washington."
RUSH: He's gotta be talking about their parents. (New Castrati impression) "No, Mr. Limbaugh! He's talking about you." He can't possibly be talking about me. He doesn't think these kids are listening to me!

We had no business taking anything else from 'em, and it really is theirs.
RUSH: James Carville just accurately portrayed what he heard me say, and he got it dead right. He said that the Republicans are gonna do this, they're gonna make them legal, but they're not gonna vote Republican. They're gonna vote Democrat.
