There is real panic out there, over cuts that represent just over 2% of the federal budget. But when you factor in budget increases that are also scheduled, we’re not talking any actual cuts at all. We’re only talking about a reduction in the rate of growth.

RUSH: We might want to start considering, at least talking about, registering journalists, just like we have to register guns.  Background checks and all of that.  Because this is mental illness.

RUSH:  Sometimes I amaze myself.  It's like Kim Kardashian amazes herself...

RUSH: You just heard Obama and his litany of all of these disasters and horrors that await if the sequester happens -- and, of course, these are things the Republicans want to achieve every day. That's his message. That's his objective. 

RUSH: The Drive-Bys have told us why Obama did not want the photo-op with Tiger, and it had nothing to do with the busload of women that I saw on I-95...

RUSH: He is succeeding beyond his wildest dreams, and at the same time he is accomplishing one of the primary objectives that he's had as a politician since he got into the business, and that is eliminating all opposition. He's not interested in compromise.

RUSH: They're being suckered so fast, so bad, so good, it's breathtaking to behold this.  "GOP Senators Waiting for Obama's Outreach."  I hope they're not holding their breath.  

BORGER: If you notice, Wolf, the president kept calling this "a manufactured crisis." Well, in fact, it was manufactured right here in Washington by the president of the United States.
