RUSH: He has directed his staff and his administration to tolerate no red tape or bureaucratic excuses when it comes to getting storm victims the help they need.  Obama said he had instructed his people to return the calls from officials in storm damaged states within 15 minutes... What does that mean?  It means that the normal state of affairs is the government doesn't work.

RUSH: Dick Morris is predicting a Romney landslide that includes Pennsylvania and over 300 electoral votes. The left has their guru predicting the same thing for Obama. Landslide for Obama.

RUSH: I don't want you doing anything that is going to affect your turnout. If you scare easily, if you're looking for reasons to be upset, if you're not confident anyway, stay away from the Internet and television starting now.

RUSH: You got Obama flying in and flying out and posing for pictures, but tempers are only gonna continue to rise because the mess is too big.  You can't get in there and get back to any sense of normalcy at any time soon. 

RUSH: Romney just has an air of invincibility here. You listen to Romney, it sounds like he knows how this is gonna turn out.  You listen to Obama, you don't get that sense from him.  You get a defensive posture.

RUSH: The mistake the Obama people are making is to ignore what happened in 2010. I have to tell you, folks, I think everybody's ignoring 2010 except me. I think 2010 matters big time. Now, the experts, the analysts, consultants, disagree. I'm not one of those. I mean, I'm not a political professional; I'm a professional, real radio announcer. But 2010 was huge.

CALLER: He's up for reelection next year. So I think this was a real political move on his part yesterday even though there is a lot of devastation here, but I didn't understand it at all. All these emergency vehicles are trying to get to us here. I'm on the island, and there's nobody here, really, and they're blocking roads for the president?

RUSH: I think the Clintons are consulting with lawyers, 'cause this is going to get investigated after the election.

RUSH: It was a big county during Operation Chaos... Remember that, Hillary and Obama? Lake County went Hillary because of us.

RUSH: Tom Ridge, a big establishment Republican guy, is predicting Pennsylvania for Romney. Now, if he really didn't think Romney was gonna win, would he say that?
