RUFF is a local rescue group that takes in strays or animals from Effingham Animal Control. They get them healthy, spay/neuter, then adopt them out. They are very small with limited space but usually have 6-12 animals at any given time. Theywork with Dr Bailey and Dr Forney at Effingham Animal Hospital and adopt out what they rescue.
